All orders are carefully packaged and shipped from my home studio in Australia. Every item is handmade to order, so please allow 2–5 business days for processing before dispatch.
Shipping Rates for AUSTRALIAÂ

Orders under $30 AUD are sent via untracked standard mail to keep costs low.

Orders $30 AUD and over will automatically include tracked shipping at no extra cost.

Please note: Delivery times may vary due to postal delays, especially during peak seasons or for international orders. Once your order is handed over to the postal service, delivery is out of our control.
🔄 Returns & Refunds
Due to the handmade and custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged or defective.
If there's an issue with your order, please get in touch within 14 days of receiving your item, including your order number and a photo if applicable. We’ll do our best to resolve the issue quickly and fairly.
